High-voltage solid-state switch HVS-B

The solid-state switching device is a general-purpose, high-voltage, high-frequency, digitally controlled gate transistor. The devices are intended for use as a switch in high-voltage electrical circuits, both for generating ultra-short high-frequency pulses and for supplying a constant voltage to the load at the required time. Maximum switchable voltage 15 kV, peak current 350 A, minimum rise time ? 2 ns, minimum fall time ? 5 ns. Control is performed by TTL signal, minimum pulse length is 50 ns, maximum pulse length is unlimited. The devices are equipped with protection systems against over/under voltage, polarity reversal and overheating. Galvanic isolation between the power section and the digital module ensures reliable protection of external control systems. The devices can be used in a bridge circuit as the upper arm.
