The Bergmann20l cheese maker is used for making cheese curd sour cream yoghurt kefir at home.
The principle of operation of the cheese maker is the smooth heating of milk through a water jacket, which takes place at the expense of an external source.

-A cooking bowl made of two containers inserted into each other and welded together
-Electronic unit with a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of milk in the form of a probe
-Electronic thermometer and thermoregulator for controlling the water temperature in the jacket
-Water inlet and drain connections
