Horizontal Autoclave Installation UAGV-G for Pressure Treatment and Material Processing

UAGV-G autoclave (A) gas-phase (D) vacuum (C) - horizontal (D). It is intended for processing of products and materials by overpressure or vacuum at elevated temperature in order to give them the specified physical and chemical properties in the processes, when conducting which excludes the increase in temperature and pressure above the calculated. The units are designed for thermal polymerisation and vulcanisation of products under pressure in nitrogen or air, for moulding of products from polymer composite materials, for vacuum-injection impregnation of anchors of traction motors of auxiliary electric machines, pole coils and other technical products. It is a horizontal tank (diameter up to 3000mm, length up to 7000mm). It is completed with vacuum system rack, water, nitrogen and air input units, vacuum system rack, trolley with drive, rail track, chamber for heating the lower part of the case
