Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump CN3000-197 for Water Transfer

The pumps are designed for pumping water and other liquids having similar properties to water in viscosity and chemical activity, with temperature up to 85°?. The pump has a casing with axial horizontal split and semi-spiral liquid supply to two stages of impellers. The pump rotor is supported by plain bearings.

The shaft seal is gland packing. The electric motor is connected to the pump by an elastic sleeve-finger coupling. The pump has a hydraulically unloaded rotor, where the residual axial load is taken up by a bearing support with rolling bearing.

The pump is reliable in operation. The possibility of replacing the internal parts of the flow part without disconnecting the connections from the pipework significantly reduces the repair time.
