دستگاه ЩМК120С برای اندازه‌گیری، کنترل و ثبت پارامترهای اصلی انرژی الکتریکی تا هارمونیک 50 در شبکه‌های تک‌فاز دو سیمه و سه‌فاز سه سیمه و چهار سیمه طراحی شده است. این دستگاه قادر به اندازه‌گیری، ثبت و محاسبه انرژی الکتریکی فعال و راکتیو در فواصل زمانی مشخص در شبکه‌های سه‌فاز AC (شامل محاسبه فنی و تجاری انرژی الکتریکی فعال و راکتیو) مطابق با الزامات برای کنتورهای انرژی فعال کلاس 0.2S و انرژی راکتیو کلاس 1 می‌باشد.
