The BZP-140 Standard module is a system for fast workpiece clamping on the machine with sufficient rigidity for most machining methods. The system provides accurate basing and secure clamping of the tooling/workpiece.
The BZP-140 Standard module provides datuming with a repeatability of less than 0.005 mm. The design features of the BZP-140 Standard module are:
140 mm diameter;
clamping with three cams;
reinforcement function;
developing force up to 39 kN;
cleaning function;
presence and correct positioning of the base tool/part;
module opening control system. Module BZP-140 Standard is provided with all degrees of freedom when used in the work of at least two pieces, which increases the basing area to the required rigidity of the structure.
