Most Russian manufacturers on Tonzar accept MOQ from 1x20'GP container (roughly 80-120 units for case goods, 30-50 upholstered sofas), but for OEM/private label projects MOQ usually starts at 200-300 pcs per SKU. Pricing tiers are typically structured as 1-2 containers (base FOB), 3-5 containers (-3 to -5%), and 6+ containers (-7 to -10%). •What are realistic lead times and which ports do you ship from?
Production lead time is 30-45 days for stock-ready collections (beds, wardrobes, dining sets) and 45-70 days for custom upholstered furniture. FOB shipping is typically from St. Petersburg (Big Port) for European/US East Coast routes, and Novorossiysk for Mediterranean and Suez transit. For Asia-Pacific and US West Coast we route via Vladivostok or Vostochny. CIF Incoterms are available on request — most suppliers work with Maersk, MSC, and CMA CGM.

Industry-standard warranty is 18-24 months on structure (frames, drawers, hinges) and 12 months on upholstery. Suppliers ship 1-2% spare parts (hinges, slides, plinths, fabric panels) free with each container. For larger claims, suppliers typically credit replacement parts on the next shipment or issue a credit note. We help mediate any warranty dispute in writing with the factory.
