Complexes contain a Doppler speed meter, video camera, computer for processing of the received information, information storage device, output unit for data transmission via cable and/or wireless communication channels to external devices, satellite navigation module, power supply and backlighting units. An essential feature of the FB is the function of determining the radar coordinates (range and azimuth relative to the location of the FB) of one or more vehicles whose speed is recorded.
