The pneumatic piston actuator is designed for control of pipeline valves from DN 150 to DN1000, used on process and trunk pipelines, tanks and other equipment of field and gas gathering points, gas processing plants, underground gas storage facilities, linear part of gas main pipelines, process pipelines of compressor, booster, gas distribution and gas metering stations, as well as in oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industries. The actuator is an assembly unit, which, depending on the technical specification, may include certain components.
The actuator has a block-modular design with unified connectors for connecting components. The actuator operates from the pressure of the control gas, which is in the gas pipeline or prepared on special equipment.
A rocker mechanism is used as the drive unit of the actuator.
