- calling the dispatcher from the call unit or concierge console (guard post console);
- establishment of voice dispatcher with the visitor or operator of the concierge desk (guard post console);
- remote opening of the door by the dispatcher after establishing communication
with the call unit;
- transmission of information about the status of the door to the console of the control and dispatching system
