Description

Zinc sulfoselenide for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-002-38857157-2023. It is light yellow tablets or targets in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm or granules with size from 1 to 10 mm, insoluble in water. The chemical formula is ZnS?ZnSe.

The area of transparency is 0.5-16 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 2.4-2.42. Apparent density is 4.5-4.7 g/cm3.
