Description

Purpose: CNC vertical milling machining centre is designed for complex machining of parts made of various materials, including high-alloy steels and non-ferrous alloys. The machine is designed for milling, drilling, boring, threading with taps and thread milling cutters. Design features: -Vertical machining centre mod.

MM-800 is designed for high-speed machining of parts with high accuracy. -The bed is cast from fine-grained cast iron of "Mekhanit" brand, it has high rigidity and vibration resistance. -High-class linear guides allow the spindle headstock and table to move at a speed of up to 30 m/min.

-The basic version of the machine is equipped with a spindle with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm. 10000 rpm. If necessary, it is possible to increase the maximum number of revolutions up to 15000 rpm.
