Vertical Centrifugal Pump Unit Type TVS for Enhanced Fluid Transfer

TVS type pumps are the result of modernisation of SDV pumps. The purpose of modernisation is to replace obsolete units with modern high-tech components, which allows to increase the service life of the pump unit, reduce maintenance and repair costs. Rolling bearings are used in this design.

The bearings are lubricated with grease. Shaft sealing is gland packing. At the customer's request, a mechanical seal can be installed instead of a gland seal.

Both synchronous and asynchronous electric motors can be used as a drive, which do not absorb axial hydraulic load and the load of the pump rotor plummet. The torque from the electric motor is transmitted by means of an elastic coupling.
