Centrifugal Condensate Pump Unit KSVu320-160 for Steam Turbines

Designed for pumping condensate of exhaust steam of stationary steam turbines and condensate of heating steam from heat exchangers with temperature up to 413K (140 oÑ), with hydrogen index (pH ) from 6,8 to 9,2, with volume concentration of solid particles not more than 5 mg/l, with maximum size of solid particles not more than 0,1 mm, as well as liquids similar to condensate in viscosity and chemical activity. Electric pump unit: pump, asynchronous vertical electric motor. The vertical electric motor is attached to a lantern mounted on the pressure cover of the pump.

The pump is centrifugal, vertical, double casing, sectional type, three-stage. To ensure the suction capacity of the pump, a pre-injection wheel is installed before the impeller of the first stage. When the pumped medium temperature is higher than 40 0C, the seal is supplied with shutter-cooling liquid.

On customer's request, the pump shaft end seal is double gland or single mechanical seal.
