Vertical Centrifugal Pump, Single-Stage for Water Transfer (800В-2.5/100)

Pumps are designed for pumping water and other liquids similar in viscosity and chemical activity, with content of suspended particles not more than 3 g/l, size not more than 0,1 mm, of them abrasive particles not more than 2%, with temperature not more than 45?? (318K). The pumps are vertical, single-stage, with a single-entry impeller fixed on the cantilever part of the shaft.

Rotor rotation direction is anti-clockwise when viewed from the motor side. The hydraulic axial force and the rotor mass are taken up by the heel of the electric motor. The guide bearing has rubber, graphite-fluoroplastic, caprolon or lignofoil inserts lubricated with water.

Shaft sealing is gland packing. Main parts and assemblies: pump casing, pump cover, impeller, pump shaft, bearing and shaft seal. Advantages: simplicity, compactness of the pump design, long service life.
