Vacuum Cutter A170-0.3 - Ideal for Fine Meat Grinding and Mixing

Kutter A170-0,3 with a volume of stainless steel bowl 325 litres is designed for fine grinding of all types of meat and mixing it with additional components under vacuum in the manufacture of all types of sausages, sausages and wieners. The quality of manufacture and construction of the cutter fulfil the most modern requirements. The bowl and liner of the cutter body are made of stainless steel. The stainless steel vacuum lid has a hatch made of transparent material for visual observation of the process of minced meat preparation and addition of components in the process of cuttering. The body, power structures of the cutter as well as the hydraulic drive systems are made according to the licensed drawings of KRÄMER+GREBE.
