Designed for chopping deeply frozen food products. Designed for chopping frozen blocks (up to - diameter 25 mm) of various products of meat, fish, poultry parts, frozen waste at the enterprises of food and processing industry. Design features: Product shredding is carried out due to moving knife block consisting of 2 horizontal guillotine knives and a set of vertical knives fixed on a movable carriage, which is driven by hydraulic drive or due to rotating knife block of rotary type.

Feeding of products is carried out automatically due to lifting of the loading tray by the hydraulic drive. The knife head can be locked in the absence of a processing tank. Loading can be carried out manually or by loading conveyor or mast lift.
