USPD "VAVIOT" is designed to collect, accumulate, store and transfer accumulated information on measurement results and the state of measuring instruments and control objects from energy meters, measuring devices, recording devices and sensors to information-computer complexes (software and hardware complexes) of automated data acquisition systems and information-measuring systems of control and accounting of energy resources (hereinafter - the "upper level") with time intervals, as well as for measuring time intervals with the help of the "upper level". VAVIOT UPS GSM is characterised by the presence of a backup power supply unit and GSM-router as part of the product.
