UPT-820 PIPE TAPPING INSTALLATION. UPT-820 pipe bends welding unit is designed for welding round pipes and welding flanges, bends, necks, spigots to pipes. The unit allows to clamp and rotate pipes and pipe parts during their assembly, in the process of manual or automatic welding of pipe assemblies, in shop and installation conditions. The machine also allows tilting the items to be welded to ensure the most optimal welding position. THE UNIT PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES: - pipe clamping in a wide range of diameters; - smooth adjustment of pipe rotation speed; - alignment of two pipes of the same diameter (clamping rollers); - high precision joining of pipes of the same diameter; - joining and rotation of pipes with bends, flanges, tee parts or other pipe parts.
