Unit for welding of pipe bends without inclination

UPT series machines are designed for rotation and tilting of products during welding, cutting and machining of pipes and pipe assemblies. The ability to clamp and rotate products during assembly and welding of pipes with flanges, bends, necks and spigots significantly simplifies the work of welders and increases the productivity of manual or automatic welding in shop and assembly conditions. The possibility of tilting the products ensures the selection of the optimal welding position. The control system of the unit is mounted in a dust and moisture-proof cabinet. The actuators are controlled from the control panel with safe low voltage (24 V).
