Universal turning and screw-cutting machine of 16K40-3

The machine model 16K40-3 is designed to perform a variety of turning operations, including taper turning and thread cutting: metric, inch, modular, pitched. The rigidity, vibration resistance and temperature stability of the design allows to obtain the required machining accuracy. Technical characteristics and rigidity of the machine allow to fully use the possibilities of high-speed cutting and carbide tools when machining both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Type of climatic execution UHL4 according to GOST 15150-69. Model and modifications of the machine are made according to TU 28.41.21-020-26706140-2017, have similar characteristics and basic equipment, differing in length and diameter of processing of the product itself.
