The device is designed for measuring frequency, period of continuous sinusoidal and video-pulse signals, duration, edge, decline of pulse, time intervals, counting the number of events at a set time interval, as well as analysing frequency-time parameters of continuous signals with AM, FM, IM in the frequency range up to 37.5 GHz, phase difference between two sinusoidal signals.The device is able to work both autonomously and as part of automated measurement systems with USB or RS-232 interface.Main properties-Wide frequency range;-High resolution;-Automation of the measurement process;-Automatic and manual setting of the start level;-Statistical processing of measurement results;-High ergonomic and operational performance.
