Description
Photoelectronic measuring complex "FEB-4SM", hereinafter referred to as the complex, designed to determine the velocity of artillery ammunition without tracer of calibre from 20 mm in the range of velocities from 100 to 2000 m/s in the controlled section of the ballistic trajectory.
The results of the calculations performed by the complex shall be the following parameters of munition movement:
- determination of the average muzzle velocity of the projectile at each shot using two measurement bases;
- Determination of the initial velocities of the projectiles in each shot, reduced to normal conditions;
- determination of the average experimental initial velocity of projectiles in a group;
- calculation of the probable deviation of the initial velocities of projectiles in the group;
- presentation of the recorded and calculated information on the monitor screen and on paper;
- storage of the registered and calculated information on a long-term medium.
