Marine Hatch Covers for Decks and Compartments - I-Type

Purpose: for closing openings in decks and bulkheads of the outer contour and internal structures of the vessel and watercrafts. Types: converging hatch cover; skylight cover. Types: I-splash-tight; II-water-gas-tight; intrinsically safe.

According to the degree of fire protection and resistance to smoke and flame penetration: without degree; fire-resistant class A-0, A-15, A-30; A-60; fire retardant type B-0; B-15; B-30. Types depending on the closing of similar manhole covers: II E- locking from outside and inside: with individual wedge, lever wedge locking; II F- outside with wing bolts; II F- for closing openings in decks in areas 1. 2; II F- for closing hatches of small size, in the bow of the ship.

II G - closing from the inside with a handle (handwheel), from the outside with a key or handle (handwheel); Types of skylight covers: Type A - closing with wing bolts. Type B - by wedge closures. Method of fastening: welding.
