USCT "Oprichnik" is designed for:
-Remote accounting and control of fuel availability in fuel tanks and consumption by main and auxiliary power units during ship operation periods;
-Commercial accounting of fuel received by the ship and transferred to other ships;
-Operative objective accounting of fuel consumption by ship fuel consumers;
-Operative objective accounting of fuel movement on the ship;
-Processing, storage, archiving, output of accumulated information on fuel reception, consumption and movement;
-Determination of fuel consumption by engines and boilers taking into account the unit load;
-Preventing cases of theft and "improper" fuel consumption;
-Detection of cases of increased fuel consumption by the ship's consumers.
