Description

Thickness gauge is designed to measure the thickness of plane-parallel products (walls, plates) with smooth, rough, corroded or painted surfaces. Products can be made of various materials such as steel, titanium, aluminium, plastic, ceramics, glass, etc. The principle of operation of the thickness gauge is based on the interaction with the product of emitted pulsed acoustic vibrations introduced into the product from piezoelectric transducers through intermediate contact media.
