Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath UZV-NP(DN) for Effective Cleaning Solutions

Ultrasonic baths UZV NP(DN) with immersed ultrasonic emitters located inside the working volume, which allows to transfer all the radiated energy into the washing solution. The ultrasonic generators automatically adjust their power depending on the volume, density and level of the liquid. The emitters and the working tank of the bath are made of high quality steel resistant to alkalis and acid solutions.

The bath is equipped with a loading basket. Controlled by touchscreen monitor. Own software.

The lid and liner of the bathtub are made of brushed stainless steel. The lid, on bearing hinges with a mechanism that facilitates opening, with sound and heat insulation. For the most efficient cleaning of large parts of complex geometry and large mass, additional elements are used at the customer's request: lifting bottom, increased number of emitters, rocking mechanism.
