Smoothly Adjustable Support Roller Rotator OVRP-5 UZ for Cylindrical Product Handling

Support rotator with smooth adjustment OVRP-5 U3 with load capacity of 5 tonnes (5000 kg) is designed for installation and rotation of cylindrical products (oil tanks, cisterns, boilers) of various diameters with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. Setting the distance between the rollers of OVRP under the required diameter of the welded product is carried out manually or mechanised without load on the supports. After setting the required distance the position of rollers is fixed with locking bolts. With the help of OVRP it is possible to carry out automatic welding of external and internal ring seams of products, as well as cladding of external and internal surfaces, additionally using welding columns or other means of mechanisation.
