The main design features of the machine:

-The machine is equipped with an inbuilt non-contact damping system based on super-viscous liquid (500000 Sst);
-Spindle unit and rotary table of the machine are made using spherical aerostatic supports with porous throttling;
-Linear motion units are made with the use of aerostatic supports with vacuum closure and with porous throttling;
-The machine is equipped with a domestic special CNC system with the possibility of programming linear movements with a discreteness of 1 nm;
-The machine is equipped with domestic digital complete electric drives of direct action (total number of electric drives of the machine - 5...).
