Description

Boat series RIB JET-RA4500 "SPASATEL" specially designed for structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia small-sized vessel. The bottom of the boat is made of high-strength composite materials and additionally reinforced with longitudinal stringers, which are glued directly into the transom. The transom is a strong transverse element of the boat structure. From the outside, the bottom and transom are coated with a special waterproof compound. The boat bottom armour is a monoblock made of 10 mm thick HDPE sheet with a one-piece moulded tunnel 130 mm high. The technology of boat bottom production has a patent for invention No. 2762214. Inflatable sides of the boat are made of PVC fabric with density not less than 800g/m2. Outside up to the side beam the boat sides are reinforced with PVC fabric with density not less than 1200g/m2. Extremely low centre of gravity of the boats of RIB JET-RA4500 "SPASATEL" series makes them very manageable, and the special shape of the bottom easily brings the boats of this series on hydroplaning.
