Description

The tray turning device of URL-01 type is an automatic mechanism providing 180 degrees rotation of trays with products. It is indispensable in conveyor lines, where it is necessary to change the direction of movement of trays, for example, when moving to another line. URL-01 works by means of rollers and guides, providing smooth turning.

Turning speed, maximum size and weight of trays depend on the specific model. The device is made of galvanised or painted metal, powered by 220 V mains and has compact dimensions. The advantages of URL-01 are automation of the process, simple design, versatility, affordable price.

The disadvantages include limited turning speed, possible noise and limitations on the size of trays.
