Description

The device for closing/opening of moulds of the UZOF type is an automated mechanism used for closing with lids of moulds with a dough piece stacked in it before feeding the moulds into the final proofing cabinet and removing the lids from the moulds when they leave the oven during baking of bakery products. UZOF ensures safe and efficient handling of the moulds, allowing for increased productivity.
