Transportable Equipment Complex for Washing Cargo Hold Interiors - Efficient and Eco-Friendly Solution

Designed for processing (washing and rinsing) of gondola cars from under various bulk and bulk cargoes in resource-saving environmentally safe closed mode. All main systems are compactly placed inside 20 or 40 foot containers. The gondola cars are processed by a washing machine with 180° coverage area, placed on a cantilever suspension. During the treatment process, the washing machine is supplied with heated washing solution or water. Rotating in two planes, the washing machine cleans the gondola surfaces due to the impact of the cleaning solution jet (or water), additional cleaning efficiency is provided by the detergent of "O-BIS" series. The resulting contaminated washing solution (or water) is collected in trays placed in the inter-rail and near-rail space, from where it is discharged into the modular system of recycling water supply and water treatment for cleaning and preparation for reuse (supplied if necessary) or into the industrial sewage system.
