Tunnel Washing Complex for Efficient External Surface Processing of Trains

Tunnel-type car wash complexes are designed for treatment of external surfaces of suburban electric train cars and are characterised by high throughput capacity. The equipment is installed stationary. Washing is performed when the train passes through the car wash complex at a speed of up to 2 km/h. It can be manufactured in mobile version. Advantages: - less capital investments in equipment in comparison with foreign analogues; - possibility of building up the architecture of the complex for specific tasks (with reinforced cascades of processing (soaking, intensive washing and rinsing, drying) of side surfaces, roofs and roof bevels of cars; with possibility of processing of frontal surfaces of roofs, bogie frames, etc.); - technological process is organised in resource-saving environmentally safe closed mode; - each circuit is equipped with a closed system of water detergent cleaning; - each circuit is equipped with a closed system of water detergent cleaning.
