The device allows to measure the following parameters for transformers of all schemes and connection groups according to GOST 3484 for transformers of all schemes and connection groups according to GOST 30830:
- transformation ratio;
- no-load losses at low voltage;
- short-circuit resistance.
The device can be used as an alternating current voltmeter and ammeter. Simultaneously it can be used as two galvanically isolated voltmeters or voltmeter and ammeter.
