ToolCold CLEVER BOX TC-CB Simple Thermostats for Accurate Temperature Control in Industrial Applications

Installations CLEVER BOX SIMPLE provide high flow of a heat-carrier through moulds and guarantee high accuracy of thermostatisation of a technological contour +/- 0,3 °?. The thermostats do not contain an active refrigeration module, the max. operating temperature is 90°C, which ensures a wide operating temperature range.

The units are highly energy efficient, the external circuit is utilised as efficiently as possible due to the internal design of the hydraulic distribution unit. The heat transfer fluid from the direct line of the external water circuit flows directly (D-direct version) to the mould. If a water/glycol mixture is used in the external cooling circuit and it is necessary to separate the mould circuit, indirectly cooled units of the ID-inderect version should be used.

A drain/fill option can be used to drain the moulds.
