Time synchronisation devices are designed to form a time scale synchronised by signals of global navigation satellite systems GLONASS/GPS with the national coordinated time scale of the Russian Federation UTC (SU) and the UTC world coordinated time scale, as well as to issue frequency-time signals in various formats of network protocols.
EIS are intended for application in systems of uniform time provision (SOEV), systems of monitoring of transient modes (SMMPR), in automated systems of measurement, control, signalling and management, at digital substations, at power facilities of power supplying organisations and power consumers, at power facilities of power generation and transmission, in other branches of industry and national economy requiring high-precision reference to uniform time.
