Description
Three-phase electronic electricity meters PULSAR 3 (hereinafter referred to as meters) are designed for measuring and metering
in single- or multi-tariff mode of active and reactive electrical energy in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31818.11-2012.
GOST 31818.11-2012, GOST 31819.21-2012, GOST 31819.22-2012, GOST 31819.23-2012, measurements of quality indicators
of electric energy (in terms of measurement of voltage and frequency of alternating current) in accordance with the requirements of GOST 30804.4.4.4.1
GOST 30804.4.30-2013 for class S in 3- and 4-wire AC circuits of industrial frequency.
Design variants:
1) single-tariff - take into account only active energy by module in single-tariff mode
2) multi-tariff - count active energy in two directions and reactive energy in 4 quadrants
3) multifunctional - have extended functionality to meet the requirements of PP No. 890
in single- or multi-tariff mode of active and reactive electrical energy in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31818.11-2012.
