Heat and smoke chamber KVK-200 (comb. with steam generator) is designed to carry out the technological process of thermal (drying, cooking, frying, baking) and smoke (smoking) treatment of all kinds of meat products and delicacies, fish, cheese, etc. The equipment has a combined execution (inside stainless steel, outside st10 painted), allows to use all main types of sausage frames of 200 kg size.
