Yeast Cultivator DRZhK - Ideal for Growing Yeast Efficiently

Drozhzhzhanki are designed for growing yeast and are a cylindrical shaped apparatus with a conical lid and bottom, equipped with a paddle stirrer. Inside the apparatus there is a coil, which is used for sterilisation of yeast wort and its subsequent cooling. The apparatus is equipped with a hatch and connections for the input of wort, yeast, water, for the output of fermentation gases, water from the coil, the output of the finished product and wash water. The outer surface of the yeast starter is covered with thermal insulation. Yeast tanks are used at the enterprises of alcohol, food, livestock industry and are an element of the yeast growing department. They are installed in the premises having category D on explosion hazard (according to PUE).
