Equipment for training quadriceps allows you to work the lower part of these muscles with great efficiency. The platform is movable and moves smoothly on rod guides with the help of 12 bearings. All guides used in the Gackenschmidt machine are calibrated and made of carbon steel. Their surface is polished and treated with a nickel-chromium composition. This design makes it possible to use steel rollers, which are necessary for mounting the platform. Due to this the effective work of the simulator and absolute safety of the athlete is achieved. Gakkenschmidt trainer allows you to load quadriceps and gives you the opportunity to train the entire group of anterior thigh muscles, as well as gluteal muscles. Strictly defined trajectory of the platform movement allows to minimise the probability of injury.
