The construction is designed for working out the muscles of the forearms. It consists of a metal frame and a handle, which is attached to the weight. With the help of the simulator you can perform 4 basic types of hand movements:Outward rotation (by grabbing the shaft from above).Inward rotation (by grabbing the shaft from below). If you stand on the opposite side, the inward rotation will be performed with the grip on top and vice versa.Supination of the forearms - due to one of the side handles.Pronation of the forearms - due to the second side handle.Accordingly, using different grips and handles, the athlete strengthens all the muscles of the forearm area. The load is created by winding the cable on the tube, as a result of which the athlete lifts the weight. The equipment for forearms with four movements, as well as lever trainers, guarantees the absence of any injury even during training with heavy weights.The material of the frame is a profile pipe 80 x 40 mm.
