The direct purpose of this machine is to train the muscles of the lower leg in the standing position. The exercise on it is a toe lift, and the load is provided by the stack. The shoulder pads of the shin machine are height-adjustable, so athletes of any height can exercise. A telescopic mechanism is used to change the position of the shoulder pads. The machine is also equipped with a special non-slip platform, which guarantees the stability of the athlete and safe performance of the exercise.
