1.The tank is designed for storing milk and other food liquids.
2. The tank provides:
- filling by its own pump;
- dispensing of milk by its own pump or by gravity;
- mixing of milk during storage;
- sampling through a sampling tap;.
3. The tank provides:
- control of lower, upper and current levels;
- control of product temperature.
4. The tank has a thermo-insulating layer (mineral wool), which ensures preservation of liquid temperature for a long time.
5. Washing and sanitising of the inner casing is carried out through washing heads located in the tank.
6. Drain and fill pipework is provided with shut-off valves.
