The exercise can be performed with your own weight or with the use of weights.The construction is made of high-strength steel thick-walled profiles 80 x 40 mm.The frame is painted by powder spraying.The support legs have holes with a diameter of 12 mm for fixing the simulator on the floor.The base of the support cushions and the roller is 20 mm thick multilayer plywood attached to a steel sheet.The filling of the soft parts is PVB - dense sponge material with closed pores 30 mm thick, resistant to shrinkage.For the upholstery of the soft elements used wear-resistant vinyl-skin thickness of 1.5 mm, which does not require special care.
