Hip biceps weightlifting machine

The trainer is designed for training the biceps of the thigh. The exercise is performed in the supine position to maximise the workout of the muscles. The soft support surface has an optimal angle of inclination to set the necessary amplitude of movement, and also reduces unnecessary stress on the spine.The support roller is adjustable according to the length of the shin of the trainee. The block system ensures constant tension of the trained muscles and safety of the exercise. Weight selection is made by a convenient locking device. The frame is made of a steel profile 60x60x2 mm.In the block system a steel stainless steel cable with a diameter of 5 mm and a load of up to 1080 kg is used.The seat is height adjustable in 5 fixed positions.The load is carried out with rubber-covered steel plates weighing 5 kg each. The working weight is selected by means of a steel clamp.Stack weight: 80kgThe rotating units are pressed in bearings, which do not require maintenance.
