Description
The stationary jacking unit UDS 120MA is designed for lifting and lowering locomotives, wagons and railway tanks. Each unit shall consist of the following components:
- four stationary jacks, each with a lifting capacity of 40 tonnes
- control panel UDS160-20.00, connected with jacks by electric cables.
Stationary jacking installations UDS-160 are the most applied lifting equipment on the railways, they are universal and are suitable practically for 90 % of all rolling stock at current or overhaul repair, and also at replacement of bogies from one track to another. Stationary jacking units UDS-160 are used for maintenance of freight and passenger wagons, electric and diesel locomotives, gondola cars, hoppers and hopper-dozers, touring cars, isothermal and refrigerated wagons, automotris and dresines.
