The smoke chamber KVK-100 is designed to carry out the technological process of thermal (drying, cooking, frying, baking) and smoke (smoking) processing of all kinds of meat products and delicacies, fish, cheese, etc. The equipment is fully stainless steel, allows the use of all major types of sausage frames of 100kg size. Equipment: Cabinet KVK-100 - 1pc. Steam generator (with pipework) - 1pc. Trolley - 1pc Control unit (with cables) - 1pc Passport - 1pc. Disc wood chipper (optional) - 1pc
