Effective load on biceps can be provided by exercises with free weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells, but only the Scott Bench Trainer allows you to affect them accentuated, not including other muscles of the arms, shoulders, back and chest. Training on the Scott bench promotes rapid development and growth of the biceps muscles, as the barbell press (arm bending) in this case is performed technically and safely, with even resistance.
