Description
The electric six-burner cooker with a frying cabinet EP-6ZhSh is designed for cooking first, second, third dishes in pots and pans, as well as for frying semi-finished meat, fish, vegetables and baking small piece culinary products. The cooker consists of a lower module with a roasting cabinet and a control panel, as well as a frame with cladding fixed on it, a control panel with electrical appliances, burners and worktops. A pull-out drip tray is used to collect any liquid spilt on the cooking surface of the hob.
Step-by-step regulation of the burner power is carried out by setting the switch knob in the position "1", "2", "3", which determines the degree of heating: weak, medium, strong. In the lower part of the hob there is a roasting cabinet with a control panel. The roasting cabinet consists of a metal frame with a door, two blocks of heating elements located at the top and bottom inside the cabinet, and removable grids with guides.
